We have noticed an increase in students bringing fidgets and toys to school. Unfortunately, they are causing many distractions in the classroom.
Beginning Monday, fidgets and toys will not be allowed on campus unless a student has a 504 plan or an IEP that specifically permits their use.
We appreciate your support in helping us maintain a focused learning environment for all students.
Thank you,
Campus Administration

Somerville ISD has been selected to participate in the TEA Parent Involvement Survey.
Beginning today, parents of students receiving special education services will be contacted via text and/or email to provide feedback to the Texas Education Agency (TEA).
This survey will be sent to parents from Gibson Consulting, and this feedback helps to support and guide improvements to our special education services.
Thank you in advance for your feedback!

Our APs provide outstanding support to our campus administrators, staff, and students. Their dedication helps everyone in our district in countless ways throughout the year.
Please join us in thanking our incredible assistant principals for the difference they make each and every day! 🧡🖤 #APWeek #ThankYouAPs
