Yegua Athletics is partnering with HealthPoint to offer sports physicals on April 24th, 2024. Every athlete, marching band member, and cheerleader must have a sports physical before participation in the 2024-2025 school year. The cost for these physicals is $25. Forms for the event are being sent home with your students. Please complete the HealthPoint registration form and preparticipation physical evaluation-medical history form and return to school to register for this event.
