1. Login to somervilleisd.org , click on the Parent Portal tab and choose New txConnect User. 2. Create a txConnect account and log on. 3. You will need to verify your email address. 4. From the My Account page, click Enroll a New Student. 5. Complete Step 1 and click Continue on the bottom right of the screen. 6. Use Captcha code then click Continue . 7. Continue through the enrollment wizard and submit to district. 8. Take the following to the school to complete registration: a. child’s birth certificate b. social security card c. records from previous school d. immunization records e. parent/guardian’s ID f. proof of residency (utility bill or lease agreement) 9. After enrollment, you will be emailed your child’s Portal ID.
