Interim Superintendent's Message: Image

Interim Superintendent's Message:

Welcome to Somerville Independent School District.  The Somerville ISD school board, administrators, faculty, and staff are committed to providing all students educational opportunities in a safe and nurturing environment.

Our motto, "Think It, Believe It, Achieve It" seeks to articulate our vision that all students can learn and achieve success. Our schools may be small but they are rich in tradition and Yegua pride! We have one of the largest alumni's in Texas and if you don't believe it, I invite you to our next homecoming game, Oct. 12th!

We know each and every student that walks through our doors, and we are dedicated to provide them a safe learning environment, where academic success is not only achievable, but also sustainable.

We thank you for your involvement and support and we are always open for new volunteers to help.  If you are interested, please contact the school or admin office. We are always looking for ways to improve and our door is always open for any stakeholder to share input or give feedback.

Sincerely,

Karla Sparks
Interim Superintendent
