REGISTRATION FOR NEW & RETURNING STUDENTS

All new & returning students must register online here.  Please note that you may see your student's previous school year information on some documents- this is okay! It will all update in August. For all new students the following documents are required:

All Documents Must be Submitted Immediately upon Registering your Child/Children.

  • Student's Birth Certificate

  • Student’s Social Security Card

  • Student’s Current Immunization Record (to be verified by SISD RN)

  • Enrolling Parent/Guardian’s Driver’s License

  • Notarized Affidavit for Guardianship as needed

  • Proof of Residency in the Somerville ISD (utility bill, mortgage, or rental agreement) If none of these documents can be provided, a notarized statement from the land owner providing residence permission must be obtained.

Registration help online will be available on campus if needed. Please call the Elementary/Intermediate campus at 979-596-1502 or the High School at 979-596-1534. If parents feel more comfortable emailing the documents required instead of uploading them into the portal, parents may email the following people:
