Pink-Out-Shirt Orders are due September 9th!!! Youth and Adult Sizes $20.00 and (3XL and 4XL are additional $4.00) Shirt order forms and Payment can be dropped off at the Front office of the High School. When shirts arrive, it will be posted to the Somerville ISD website and FB page, and you can pick up your shirt from the High School. We want to see our students and community wear these at all the Home Football games during the month of October to help spread awareness and show our support for cancer survivors. Somerville Elementary Pre K RoundUp AUGUST 11th, 2022 We would love to invite you to Somerville Elementary for a Pre K Roundup! When: August 11th Time: 4:00pm - 6:00pm Location: Somerville Elementary/Intermediate We will have a translator for Spanish speaking families. PLEASE HAVE A WORKING EMAIL and PASSWORD. THIS IS NECESSARY FOR REGISTRATION. Requirements to be eligible for Pre-Kindergarten: The child must be 4 years old on or before September 1, 2022. The child must qualify for the free or reduced lunch program or by having limited use of the English language to attend tuition free. Immunizations requirements: *DPT – 5 doses of any combination DTaP/DTP unless 4th dose was given on or after 4th birthday. *Polio – 4 doses unless the 3rd dose was on or after 4th birthday. *MMR - 2 doses of a measles-containing vaccine with the first dose on or after 1st birthday, 2nd dose by age 5 or entry into kindergarten. *Hepatitis B vaccine – 3 doses. *Varicella vaccine – 1 dose on or after 1st birthday or documentation of disease (chicken pox). *TB skin test – TB Questionnaire. *Pre-K and/or early childhood students are required to have Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccine (PCV7) and Hepatitis A vaccine – 2 doses. *And vaccine against any other communicable diseases as recommended by the Department of State Health Services (DSHS).
